Job Summary
:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned villas, verandas, patios, garages, porches, and other walkways.

• Carpet cleaning and vacuuming of assigned areas.
• Pressure-washing patios, garages, porches, and walkways on schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Operate company vehicles, trucks, golf carts, etc. – valid driver’s license required.

Full time – Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.
