, a platform designed to help people go from “I want to start a podcast” to a launched show with real momentum.
This is a high-impact role at an early-stage company. You will be the person who turns sign-ups into engaged creators, and engaged creators into successful podcasters who share their wins.
What you will do Weekly live workshops (your main stage)- Host and lead weekly live workshops (webinars, Q&A, challenges, guest sessions)
- Create workshop topics, agendas, reminders, and follow-ups
- Make every session feel welcoming, energetic, and action-driven
- Onboard new users and help them get their first win quickly
- Communicate with users directly (DMs, email, community spaces)
- Support paid members so they stay engaged, make progress, and actually launch their shows
- Turn user wins into testimonials, spotlights, and shareable success stories
- Help free users understand the paid value and upgrade when it makes sense
- Reduce churn by ensuring members get real outcomes
- Build lightweight systems: checklists, templates, FAQ resources, recaps, and simple email sequences
- Repurpose workshops into content (clips, posts, emails) using modern tools and AI workflows
- Help run community campaigns like “Start your show” sprints and launch weeks
- Capture what users love, where they get stuck, and what they need next
- Share weekly insights that help improve the platform and messaging
- Comfortable speaking on camera and leading live sessions
- Organized and reliable with follow-through
- People-first mindset with the ability to guide many personalities
- Interest in podcasting, content creation, or the creator economy
- Experience hosting events, workshops, or webinars
- Community management experience (online groups, Discord, Slack, newsletters)
- Basic marketing instincts (funnels, follow-ups, simple tracking)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Descript, Riverside, email platforms
- $20–$25/hour depending on fit and experience
- Paid test project as part of the hiring process
