Licensed Practical Nurse

• Performs clinical nursing care.
• Completes scheduled assessments and associated regulatory documentation
• Communicates with residents and families, staff, pharmacy about clinical and other relevant issues.
• Works with interdisciplinary team on transitions and care
• Serves as clinical resource for staff who have concerns or questions regarding residents’ health and/or healthcare

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current unencumbered license to practice as a License Practical Nurse in North Carolina. Current CPR Adult Module certification. Two years’ experience in long term care and/or outpatient setting preferred
