Position SummaryThis position will serve as a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator within the Endocrinology Division in the Department of Medicine. The Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator is responsible for independently providing specialized nursing services for various clinical research protocols. They are responsible for providing guidance and assistance to study teams in both clinical and non‑clinical areas of research, including participant visits, data quality, and others.
Minimum Education And Experience RequirementsLicensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina and two years of experience in the area of specialization.
Management PreferencesThis is a temporary position to assist with nursing research procedures on an as needed basis. Experience with phlebotomy draws, IV placement & maintenance, and patient care is preferred.
Special Physical/Mental RequirementsThis position requires the ability to stand for periods of time with or without accommodation.
