Job Description:

Join a hospital-based travel nursing team as a Clinical Nurse supporting complex care through organized, evidence-informed bedside practice. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver care using the nursing process—assessing needs, identifying expected outcomes, and updating plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You’ll also help promote continuity of care by communicating relevant information and organizing priorities to match patient and family needs throughout your shift.

The assignment is structured around 12-hour nights, giving you a focused block to manage workflow, support education needs for patients and families using relevant materials, and participate in discharge planning readiness. You’ll perform bedside point of care testing as required, contribute to a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment, and participate in performance improvement activities on the unit. Comments Required for this traveler role include ACLS and NIHSS, familiarity with CHARGE responsibilities, and the opportunity to support precepting.
