UNC Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide routine direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician;
Assist physicians and other health care providers with routine examinations and procedures, and procure equipment during emergencies;
Support psychiatric patients with reality orientation, behavior modification, de-escalation, and milieu supervision;
Observe, document, and report changes in patient conditions to a registered nurse or physician;
Assist with admission, orientation, and discharge, including basic activities of daily living and essential care tasks
