Observe, collect, and document patient information and report significant changes to a RN or physician;
Provide care to patients and their families during admission and discharge;
Provide care/treatments to patients as outlined in plan of care including vital signs, specimen collection, catheter care, wound care, and daily living activities;
Provide direct personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, feeding and assistance with ambulation
