UNC Health seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one, holistic care in patients' homes within Durham, Orange, Alamance and Chatham counties. You will schedule visits, assess patient needs, and provide compassionate care that improves health outcomes.
Requirements include NC RN licensure and 2–3 years of Med/Surg or Home Health experience. Ability to travel and maintain personal vehicle insurance is essential. OASIS experience is preferred but not required.
