Position: Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner

This unique opportunity provides two years of hands‑on training and mentorship under an experienced General Dermatologist, allowing you to develop the clinical knowledge, procedural skills, and confidence needed to practice independently. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced provider seeking to transition into dermatology, this position offers a clear pathway to becoming an independent dermatology provider while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Work directly alongside an experienced General Dermatologist
• Evaluate and manage patients with a wide variety of medical dermatology conditions
• Learn the diagnosis and treatment of common and complex skin diseases
• Participate in skin cancer screenings and dermatologic evaluations
• Gain experience with patient counseling, treatment planning, and longitudinal patient care
• Build efficiency and confidence in managing an independent dermatology schedule
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current or eligible North Carolina licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, surgery, or dermatology is welcomed
• Strong desire to build a long‑term career in dermatology
