Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at our Chapel Hill facility. You will provide daily personal care to residents, help with daily activities, and support a safe, comfortable living environment.
You are responsible for recording vital signs, changing bed linens, ambulating residents with appropriate assistive devices, and observing residents for changes in condition to report promptly. Shift differential applies; weekend work required.
