Nursing Assistant I (Per Diem) - Transplant Acute Care Unit

UNC Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assist physicians and other health care providers with routine examinations and procedures, as well as procurement of equipment and supplies during emergency situations;
Observe, collect, and document patient information and promptly report changes to a registered nurse or physician;
Provide direct personal care and support to patients for activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation;
Provide care/treatments to patients as outlined in plan of care including vital signs, wound care, glucose checks, and other routine tasks;
Assist in orientation and support of patients and families during admission and discharge
