Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics - Chapel Hill, NC

Chapel Hill Pediatrics and Adolescents | Full-Time | Onsite | $24-$32/hr

Our nursing team is growing, and we need an LPN who wants more than just a job - someone who wants to be part of a practice where kids and families are known by name, and where the clinical team actually has each other's backs. You'll work side-by-side with one physician and his patients every day, in a fast-paced but genuinely collaborative office.

• A true team environment - you're working alongside other LPNs, RNs, NAs, and CMAs, not on an island
• Predictable structure:
  Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional 10:00 AM-7:00 PM), with only every 6th Saturday (8:00 AM-12:00 PM)
• Manageable daily volume - about 20 patients per provider per day, not an assembly line
• A physician-led practice where the doctors are excellent clinicians and good people to work for

• Triage patients and conduct vision and hearing screenings
• Administer vaccines following pediatric immunization schedules
• Perform lab draws and point-of-care testing as needed
• Document accurately and efficiently in Veradigm EHR
• Work as part of a close-knit nursing team
• Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and patients

• Active LPN license (North Carolina or compact)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Able to work all scheduled shifts, including the rotating Saturday
• Pediatric experience and EHR familiarity are a plus, but not deal breakers if you're a strong communicator, reliable, and adaptable
