Well is seeking a Nurse Well Guide in North Carolina to join our Member Services team. You will engage members via chat or phone, provide coaching and education, and support health engagement without delivering direct clinical care.
Requirements include an active LPN/RN license in NC and 3+ years of direct patient care. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. You will work within HIPAA guidelines to protect member data and promote health outcomes.
