The Ohio State University College of Nursing invites applicants for a full-time faculty appointment for candidates to teach in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Healthcare Innovation (MHI) program. We are seeking faculty committed to excellence in teaching and service and with a focused experience in evidenced-based practice, nursing leadership, healthcare innovation, and online teaching. This is a 12-month associated track faculty position.

Appointment and rank will be based on qualifications and experience of the candidate. Under the supervision of the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, this faculty will be joining a dynamic college and will be responsible for teaching didactic courses in the DNP and MHI Program. While the programs are delivered online, faculty are expected to be present on campus several times throughout the year.

• Effectively work with students, faculty, and staff
• Deliver evidenced-based curriculum to students that meets national standards
• Effectively teach online

• Required:
  
  Doctorate degree, current active nursing license, Ohio resident by start of employment
• Desired:
  Two years of recent teaching experience in a graduate nursing program is strongly preferred
