Position Summary:

Postdoctoral fellow needed to analyze, interpret, and develop relevant methods for studying the genetic basis of sarbecovirus-induced pathogenesis in experimental mouse crosses. The successful candidate must have a track record of writing manuscripts, programming new statistical analysis methods and pipelines in R.

Minimum

Education and Experience Requirements:

Ph.D. in computational biology

Required Qualifications , Competencies, and

Experience:

Experience in statistical genetics analysis of mouse crosses, including related statistical method development; experience in researching the genetic basis of viral and allergenic pathogenesis.
