Job DescriptionThe Ainslie Lab at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is excited to announce an opening for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team!
We are seeking highly motivated and creative scientists to contribute to multiple Cell-based Immune Therapy projects
, with a particular focus on post doc to work on B cell and CAR-NKT cell therapies for autoimmunity and glioblastoma, respectively. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of immunology and translational medicine.
- Candidates must hold (or be close to completing) a doctoral degree in biochemistry, engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- At least two first-author publication (published or in press) in an English-language peer-reviewed journal is required.
- US Citizen/Permanent Resident Required
We welcome candidates with experience in one or more of the following: flow cytometry, autoimmune or cancer animal models, mammalian cell culture, ELISAs, isolation of murine BMDCs, BMDC/T cell and/or B cell co-cultures, autoimmune models, and ELISPOT assays.
About the Ainslie LabOur lab, based in the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (ranked #1 nationally), is part of the Division of Pharmacoengineering & Molecular Pharmaceutics – dedicated exclusively to drug delivery research. We develop innovative translational therapies that deliver therapeutics and modulate the immune system.
