The Bluezone server is responsible for effectively assisting food and beverage services and aiding in the overall logistics of full-service events by way of set-up, clear communication and teamwork, while maintaining the company’s standard for excellence.
Role and Responsibilities- Assist with set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, etc.
- Assist with replenishing food on buffets, stations, along with serving appetizers.
- Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
- Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
- Work all home football games in the most exclusive areas of the stadium (must be able to work all home football games!)
- Work weddings and social events in the Hillsborough, Chapel
- Hill, and Durham, NC. - Available Mondays-Fridays 5a-4p, open on Saturdays
- Able to work flexible schedules.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
- Be able to reach and bend frequently lift up to 30lbs.
- Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
