This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales/Catering Managers, and requires a friendly demeanor, high level of organizational skills, the ability to learn new computer programs, multitasking, and the ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Sales/Catering Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales and catering data.
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination and client communications.
- Support cross‑functional teams in achieving sales and guest experience goals.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
- Previous administrative, sales, event, or F&B operational experience.
- Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.
