The Research Assistant (RA) supports research, evaluation, and project management activities for the HRSA
-funded Primary Care Training Enhancement projects and affiliated studies. This hybrid 100% FTE (40 hours/week), [hourly/time limited] position is responsible for assisting program leadership in implementation, data collection, evaluation analysis, and dissemination. The RA will also facilitate communication among the project teams, collaborators, community partners, and stakeholders. The RA will work in coordination with additional research assistant(s) and project personnel on the HRSA PCTE awards ( LDA , RTSM , RTMB ) and BHWRC MOUD study.

Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with qualitative or quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of human subjects research regulations or IRB processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or project management software (Teams)
• Ability to work independently within interdisciplinary teams
