Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying credentials when required, and following site-specific access control procedures;
Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directional inquiries, and communicating professionally with clients, employees, and/or emergency personnel
