Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations;
Observe and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel;
Assist with access control, visitor directions, and enforcement of property rules while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity
