Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures;
Assist with directions, visitor inquiries, and coordination with property management, emergency responders, and/or law enforcement when needed;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
