Overlook Projects is hiring a Construction General Laborer to support our field teams on custom residential builds and renovations.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced carpenters and project managers on high-quality homes, not production housing.

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want steady work and the opportunity to grow in the skilled trades.

• Assist carpenters and project managers on active job sites
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Support framing, demo, and general construction tasks
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow safety standards and instructions

• 1+ year of construction or labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• $20-25/hour based on experience
• Full-time, steady work
