Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Ossid is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support customers through the full lifecycle of HFFS and tray sealing equipment. You will provide technical guidance, perform FATs, installations, upgrades and emergency service, reporting to the HFFS Product Line Manager.
Based in Rocky Mount, NC, this role requires up to 25% travel, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while ensuring quality and efficiency.
