Lead Residential Advisor
The Residential Advisor delivers community support services to the women and children in the Horizons Residential Programs. The Lead Residential Advisor will have additional duties with a higher level of responsibility. This position works closely with the Program Manager to recruit, train, monitor and direct a team of paraprofessional 24/7 front line staff to provide Residential services to the families served by the program.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Management Preferences
- Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work with a diverse population in a respectful and professional manner. Ability to effectively work with outside providers to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Must possess valid NC driver's license and be able to clear a motor vehicle check in order to transport minors.
Position/Schedule Requirements
- Evening work, Night work, On-call occasionally, Overtime occasionally, Shift work
