Systems Integration Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• 1–5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or solutions engineering (or equivalent demonstrated capability through projects, coursework, or open‑source work)

• Design and build integrations, internal tools, and automations supporting clinical and operational workflows
• Translate architectural designs into reliable, production‑ready systems
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical approaches
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations using REST APIs and other system interfaces
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to align integrations with enterprise data strategy
• Maintain and enhance existing microservices, integrations, and automation systems
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and fail‑safe mechanisms to ensure system reliability and data protection
• Ensure systems are maintainable, observable, and resilient as they scale
• Create and maintain documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools when required
• Other related duties as assigned

• Proficiency in Python sufficient to independently write, debug, and maintain production code
• Experience working with structured data and writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with API‑based integration patterns and RESTful services
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and comfort with AI‑assisted development tools as a primary workflow (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
