Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead / Senior Pega Developer with 12+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise‑grade Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform, strong case management and BPM knowledge, and the ability to lead complex implementations while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
- Lead the implementation of case management and BPM workflows
- Build and configure rules, flows, flow actions, decision tables, and decision trees
- Develop and customize UI components including Sections, Harnesses, and Skins
- Utilize low‑code / no‑code capabilities to deliver efficient and maintainable solutions
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Design and develop reusable components while ensuring Pega guardrail compliance
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services
- Design and manage data models using Classes, Properties, and Data Pages
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Report Definitions
- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and production issues
- Use Pega debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and solution architecture
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
- Case Management, Pega Rules Engine, Flows & Flow Actions, Decision Tables & Trees
- UI Development (Sections, Harnesses, Skins), Reporting (Report Definitions)
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors & Services), Data Modeling (Classes, Properties, Data Pages)
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, and best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead complex Pega implementations
- Pega CSA / CSSA / CLSA certifications are preferred
