Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, student scheduling, driving, and leading devotions. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role with long-term housing and student home responsibilities.
