THE PRACTICE:

Dynamic physician-owned and
-led orthopaedic managed service organization seeks a fellowship-trained, board-certified, or board-eligible Adult Reconstruction & Total Joint Surgeon to join a premier practice-partner in Ohio. Precision Orthopaedic Specialties is a highly respected orthopedic practice serving patients across Northeast Ohio, known for its commitment to exceptional outcomes and personalized, community-focused care. For more than three decades, the practice has provided comprehensive orthopedic, spine, and sports medicine services to the Chardon area and surrounding communities.

You will be joining a team of fellowship-trained, specialty-focused physicians and a dedicated clinical staff who prioritize quality, accessibility, and patient experience. Precision is professionally managed, enabling physicians to focus their time and expertise on caring for patients rather than administrative responsibilities.

With offices located in Chardon, Chagrin Falls, and Middlefield, Precision has (9) sub-specialty physicians, MRI facility, an outpatient surgery center, and 3 rehabilitation suites. As an essential part of our total joint service line, our ancillary offerings include advanced imaging and rehabilitation for the complete care of the patient.

Precision provides care to patients throughout the Northeast Ohio Region, through its main campus in Chardon and satellites in Middlefield and Chagrin Falls with a draw of approximately 1.8M+ people in the surrounding counties. To better care for these communities, Precision seeks a physician to continue the development of our strong adult reconstruction & total joint service line.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Valid board certification or eligibility
• Must be fellowship-trained
• Current state medical license and in good standing
• Proven experience as a hip & knee specialist
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
