Precision Orthopaedic Specialties is a highly respected orthopedic practice serving patients across Northeast Ohio. With a mature referral base, forthcoming retirements, and increasing patient volumes, the practice offers significant growth opportunities. Fellows may pursue an ASC buy‑in and participate in a partnership track.
Job Qualifications- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Valid board certification or eligibility in Orthopedics
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
- Current, active state medical license in good standing
- Proven experience as a spine specialist, including surgical experience
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient‑centered approach to care
- Ability to handle a fast‑paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Mature referral base
- Growing ancillary draw (imaging, DME, rehab)
- 4–5 days of call per month
