Practice Overview

Precision Orthopaedic Specialties is a highly respected orthopedic practice serving patients across Northeast Ohio. With a mature referral base, forthcoming retirements, and increasing patient volumes, the practice offers significant growth opportunities. Fellows may pursue an ASC buy‑in and participate in a partnership track.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Valid board certification or eligibility in Orthopedics
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
  • Current, active state medical license in good standing
  • Proven experience as a spine specialist, including surgical experience
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Empathy, compassion, and a patient‑centered approach to care
  • Ability to handle a fast‑paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
