We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as our Part-Time Medical Director for a growing behavioral health and substance use treatment facility in Ohio. This is a low-hour, high-impact leadership role ideal for a psychiatrist looking for flexible supplemental work.

This position provides clinical oversight for detox, residential, and outpatient (IOP) services
, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and support for our clinical team.

• Provide medical and psychiatric oversight for patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Review, supervise, and co-sign charts in accordance with Wisconsin regulations
• Support detox and residential programming from a medical perspective
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, nursing staff, and therapists
• Ensure compliance with DHS, Joint Commission (if applicable), and state guidelines
• Be available for limited consultation and case review

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Active Ohio Medical License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• DEA license required
• Experience in addiction psychiatry, detox, or residential treatment strongly preferred
• Prior Medical Director or leadership experience is a plus
