Customer Service Rep
Hiring Valet Attendants at multiple University Hospital Locations surrounding Cleveland!
Pay rate:
Starting at $13/hour + tips.
Shifts:
FT and PT mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Park and retrieve cars efficiently, politely greet customers, and ensure their needs are met.
- Direct traffic to maintain flow.
- Work independently or with supervision, as needed.
- Promote excellent customer relations; go above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking.
- Charismatic, energetic, and helpful.
- Responsible, reliable, and dependable.
- Have a good driving record; can drive standard transmission.
- Handle pressure well, staying calm and decisive.
- Communicate proficient in English.
- Team player, open to different opinions, and motivating.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Professional and effective communication.
- Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations.
- Handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Work in the elements: heat, wind, snow, rain.
- Lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during shift.
