Sign-On Bonus

$10,000 for Fulltime and $5,000 for Part Time

What You Will Do
  • Demonstrates successful technical/patient skills by efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT.
  • Provides patient care during visits to CT according to expected service excellence standards.
  • Uses administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of the department.
  • Collaborates effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers and staff.
  • Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients and co‑workers.
  • Adheres to hospital CT safety standards.
  • Takes responsibility for self‑development and supports a learning environment.
  • Provides age‑specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
  • Maintains a positive attitude while collaborating with co‑workers.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • References department documentation provided during orientation for specific duties.
  • Makes sure to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI). Annual training and UH Code of Conduct, and UH policies and procedures address appropriate use of PHI.
Qualifications Education
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program. (Required)
Work Experience
  • 1+ year as a radiologic technologist. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Uses a variety of equipment specific to the area, including CT scanners, power injectors, and computers. (Required)
  • Familiar with sending and obtaining patient information for care. (Required)
  • Ability to perform procedures specific to the area. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS). (Required)
  • Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT‑R) and Current Ohio license. (Required)
  • CT Certification. (Required)
