• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide high‑quality, compassionate, and ethical counseling to clients individually to meet treatment goals.
• Refer clients to other support services such as detoxification, intensive programming, psychiatric services, social services, and employment services as needed.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment.
• Assess and manage risk on an ongoing basis and adjust the level of care and recommendations as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
• Knowledge of risk issues, verbal de‑escalation techniques, and consultation options.
• Ability to make decisions and mobilize resources quickly in an emergency.
• Professionalism with related professionals inside and outside the agency.

• Must have a valid Driver License.
