Communi Care Rehab in Chardon, OH seeks a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Chardon Healthcare Center team. You will support residents by implementing personalized therapy plans and helping them regain independence in daily activities.
Under OT supervision, you’ll document progress, educate staff and families, and contribute to a stable, collaborative care environment. This role offers growth within a growing network of centers.
