As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care for seniors and adults in their homes throughout Chardon and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities
.

You'll assist clients with everyday tasks while offering companionship, encouragement, and compassionate support that allows them to remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Every shift is an opportunity to improve someone's quality of life.

As a Caregiver, you will:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help with mobility, walking, and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments when appropriate
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans
• Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Compassionate, caring, and dependable
• Honest, patient, and reliable
• Strong communicators with a positive attitude
• Passionate about helping seniors and adults in need
• Able to work independently while providing exceptional care

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and daily activities

Experience is preferred but not required.
