Location: Chardon Square, Hybrid or Remote. (In office is preferred.)

We have on ‘open office environment’ on the Square with plenty of windows.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Immediate Openings

We’re seeking a personable, tech-savvy professional who values relationships and thrives in a client-focused environment. Insurance is a unique field, so prior experience is highly valued—but if you have the drive to learn and grow, we’ll help you become a trusted insurance advisor.

• Experience: Insurance experience required, waived for exceptional candidate.
• Education: College is not essential; strong high school education is equally valued.
• Skills:
• Proven sales ability, professionally persuasive.
• Tech-forward mindset (comfortable with modern tools and systems)
• Excellent verbal communication (we prefer talkers over texters!)
• CPM Collaborate, Problem Solve, Mix : claims, retention, billing.
• Duties:
• Commercial CSR
• Upsell and remarket current clients.
• Conduct CARE Client Account Review
• Client Retention Specialist.
• Manager of Assigned P&C Book.
• Personality: Kind, nice, polite - someone who smiles when they talk.
• Qualities:
• Desire to become a knowledgeable insurance expert and trusted advisor
• Commitment to integrity, teamwork, professionalism and family.

• Unlimited earning potential. Competitive base + performance bonuses—your success drives your income.

• Pay basis: $28-$35 + bonus and commissions
