Ohio Ordnance Works is seeking a full-time CNC Setup Lead in Chardon, Ohio, to set up and operate various CNC lathes. Candidates must have experience with machining and knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally with a background in Lean Manufacturing. This position also requires compliance with ITAR regulations and the ability to lift 75 lbs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory in designated areas.
