Manufacturing Operator 3rd Shift – Chardon, OH

Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Chardon, OH location. You will set up and operate equipment in the facility, including blow mold presses, assembly, testing, and packaging of our various tanks.

The facility manufactures poly glass pressure vessels, hydro‑pneumatics pressure tanks, brine and water storage tanks commonly used in water purification systems, including water softeners and well systems for residential customers.

• Read and understand standard work instructions.
• Set up and operate blow mold presses to produce tank liners and/or air cells.
• Wind tank liners with fiberglass strands coated with resin and hardener.
• Remove excess flashing as parts come off the press and conduct quality inspection.
• Offload, assemble, fill, test, and package tanks.
• Follow all 5S practices and support lean activities, safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (blow mold presses preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, lift, and lower weights up to 50 lbs.
• Must wear steel‑toed shoes.

• Hourly pay: $17.50 to $21.00/hr DOE.
• 10% shift differential for the 3rd shift (8:30PM–7:00AM, Monday–Thursday).
