Union Rubber Injection Press Operator Chardon Custom Polymer | Chardon, OHStarting Pay: $23.22 per hour $0.50 Raise Upon Hire Additional $0.50 Raise After 60 Days
Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Sunday – Wednesday Union Position Three-Day Weekends Every Week!
Chardon Custom Polymer is hiring Rubber Injection Press Operators for its manufacturing facility in Chardon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable union workforce with competitive pay increases and a consistent overnight schedule.
Job Duties Operate rubber injection molding presses
Inspect parts for quality and defects
Trim, package, and prepare products for shipment
Follow production schedules and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a dirty rubber production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Steel-toe shoes or boots required
Dress CodeJeansT-shirt

What to Bring Packed lunch
Change of clothes recommended due to the rubber production environment
First Day Instructions Report to the front entrance of the plant and have a seat on the bench. A supervisor will come out and bring you into the facility.
