Mancan Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a well-established plastic manufacturing company in Chardon, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for steady, full-time work.
Position Overview:
As a Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain active throughout the shift, including standing, bending, and occasional climbing
- Package products with precision and attention to detail
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM
