University Hospital Geauga Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) to support nursing staff with patient care and clerical tasks on variable shifts across units including Ortho ICU, Psych, Float Pool, and Med/Surg.
The PCNA completes ADLs, vital signs, I&O, EKG, and related duties while ensuring patient safety and accurate recordkeeping. Training onboarding and unit communication are essential parts of the role.
