Lawn Care Technician

Lawn Doctor is seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Technician to provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. The technician will act as a customer-facing brand ambassador, treating lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding, performing shop work, and offering appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

• Apply lawn treatments, power seeding, and pH balance to keep lawns green, healthy, and beautiful.
• Operate lawn care machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform shop work and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend additional services.
• Meet production goals and track work time.
• Lift equipment and materials in excess of 50 pounds.

• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating lawn care machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capacity to lift more than 50 pounds.

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour.
