Zone Team Leader

Ollie's Bargain Outlet -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up;
Execute merchandising responsibilities including signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee stocking of merchandise and scheduling/staffing for unload/processing to the sales floor to drive productivity and customer service;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store as needed and handle additional assigned responsibilities
