This is a Direct Hire role with the client

The Production Support Technician – Responsibilities include equipment preparation, vessel prep, serial assembly, blending, filling, and capping. Candidates should have good math skills, attention to detail, good communication, legible handwriting, and be willing to work any shift and weekends.

• Review and revise SOPs
• Aide operators in troubleshooting techniques
• Perform general equipment setups for production
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment and facilities
• Complete supervisor/management directed projects and special assignments
• Schedule equipment for preventative maintenance and calibrations
• Conduct cGMP and safety classroom training for coworkers
• Maintain logbooks, perform safety audits, and conduct job safety assessments
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal—are essential
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend, stoop, push, pull, and handle/grip frequently
• Willing to work outside of normal hours, including overtime if necessary
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Disciplined and detail-oriented
• Commitment to documentation and adherence to written procedures and cGMP policies
• Maintain positive leadership skills aligned with company values
• Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Email
