Pay Rate: $50.00 - $56.50/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Days
Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting. This weekend-only opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to work within a collaborative healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications

• Active RN License.

• Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.

• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred.

• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.

• Current BLS Certification.

• Current ACLS Certification.

• Current PALS Certification.

• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to Medical-Surgical patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
