Seeking an experienced Senior Scientist III to support analytical development for small molecule APIs and intermediates within a CDMO environment. This role is responsible for developing, validating, transferring, and troubleshooting analytical methods while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support process chemistry, manufacturing, and quality initiatives in a cGMP‑regulated setting.

• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for small molecule APIs, intermediates, raw materials, and finished products.
• Perform and interpret analytical testing using techniques including HPLC, GC, GC/MS, FTIR, titration, and particle size analysis.
• Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Analytical Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Support process chemistry and manufacturing through analytical testing and data interpretation.
• Prepare technical reports, maintain laboratory documentation, and ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate method transfers, reference standard qualification, and external analytical testing as needed.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of analytical development experience in a pharmaceutical CDMO environment.
• Hands‑on experience with small molecule APIs, API intermediates, and raw material analysis.
• Experience supporting process chemistry and analytical method development, validation, and transfer.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations and analytical instrumentation including HPLC, GC, GC/MS, and FTIR.
