• Fri – Sat: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Sun – Mon: 11 PM – 7 AM

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, controlling access, and patrolling various locations. The officer enforces regulations and directives for client sites, ensuring safety and order for personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
• Frequent interaction with client employees and guests
• Identification and reporting of safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensuring all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Front desk and access control duties, including creating visitor badges and answering phones
• Providing customer service and information to client employees and guests
• Utilizing technology devices throughout the shift
• Conducting long‑distance foot patrols of the property
• Carrying out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment, including appropriate escalation
• Willingness to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Self‑starter
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
