We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments within our law firm. This role is essential to maintaining smooth communication, efficient mail processing, and overall office workflow.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities. This position encompasses three core functions:
Phone Receptionist, Mailroom Coordinator, and general administrative support.
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Charles Town, WV, location. Hours of operation are M - F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
